We serve only one group at a time and take temperatures before players enter the game. This way, we can quickly make sure no potentially positive person is entering our facilities.
We fully disinfect all rooms before and after each session using a certified bactericidal product. This guarantees every element in the room is perfectly sanitized for the next group.
To play, wearing a mask is mandatory. We know this can be tough for those who suffer from claustrophobia, but remember, it’s for your safety. Using hand sanitizer is also mandatory, and disposable gloves are available to any players who want them.
This way, although the experience feels a bit different, escape enthusiasts can still enjoy their favorite leisure activity in Madrid during these times.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE GOING TO AN ESCAPE ROOM DURING COVID TIMES?
Whether you’re an experienced escape artist or it’s your first time, we want to share some step-by-step tips to enjoy the escape room experience in Madrid during COVID times:
Certified mask: first of all, you must wear a mask to play, preferably certified, for your own safety and that of those around you. In our rooms, you’ll find hand sanitizer and even gloves for extra protection and comfort.
Respect distances as much as possible: try to keep as much distance as you can from other players, although there will be puzzles where that’s impossible. But the more precaution, the better.
Comfortable clothes: we recommend wearing comfortable clothing to play, preferably stretchy clothes that feel best on you, as well as sneakers or shoes that let you move easily. Keep in mind that wearing a mask might make you feel warm.
Don’t be nervous! Don’t get anxious. The escape room will lock and you’ll have 60 minutes to get out, but if you can’t handle the mask or feel unwell, you can leave anytime you wish.
