These are the safety measures we have adopted at FOX IN A BOX MADRID regarding Covid-19. All of them have been implemented based on the protocols published by the Government for the de-escalation phase and are mandatory for both players and our staff:
FULL AND ON-TIME GROUP
The group must be complete before entering the venue.
No one may enter before their session start time to avoid interfering with cleaning and disinfection tasks. Please be punctual to prevent groups from overlapping and interruptions.
MANDATORY MASK
No one will be allowed to play without a mask, so please come equipped with one from home.
Our staff will wear masks at all times and will maintain the recommended minimum safety distance as much as possible.
HAND SANITIZER
When entering our venue, we will provide you with hand sanitizer so you can play safely.
CLEANING AND DISINFECTION BETWEEN SESSIONS
After each session, we will carry out cleaning with virucidal products in common areas and inside the escape rooms.
BATHROOM USAGE
For your safety and ours, bathrooms will not be available for customers.
We recommend coming prepared from home to avoid any inconvenience.
PLAYERS WITH SYMPTOMS
For health reasons, players showing symptoms like fever, cough, etc., will not be admitted.
We ask you to be responsible and if you have a fever or any other symptoms, please do not come to play, for the safety of your group and our staff.
