Some might call this game “the Hall Escape that thrilled Spielberg,” but we call it Coming Home.
COMING HOME IS A HALL ESCAPE
Coming Home is a Hall Escape, not your typical Escape Room. The Hall Escape is a new experience that condenses all the basic concepts of Escape Rooms into a single object with the goal of accomplishing a specific mission. Usually, the focus is on a suitcase, but at Fox in a Box we went further. In Coming Home, the object you’ll face is a chest filled with mechanical puzzles and electronics.
Why choose a Hall Escape instead of another Escape Room? While we love Escape Rooms, we wanted to try something different so everyone can enjoy what they love most. Plus, the Hall Escape offers an entirely unique and captivating experience.
Coming Home explores the world of automata and family:
“You have been summoned to a family gathering by a mysterious person. No one seems to know them, but they know a lot about you. Ada Augusta, your great-great-grandmother, and a small automaton have something to do with this. What’s inside the box? Who was Ada Augusta really? Every family has a secret, but this one seems especially charming.”
This game creates a warm and familiar atmosphere like no other. Its story is touching, moving, and heartwarming. Such a nostalgic game is the perfect choice to celebrate Christmas, which is just around the corner, surrounded by the warmth of family and close friends.
Since we designed this Hall Escape with families in mind, the difficulty is slightly lower than our other games. Therefore, it’s highly recommended for groups with little experience or those who have never played an activity like this before. On the other hand, more experienced groups can choose the pro mode starting mid-December.
This is Fox in a Box’s first experience allowing more than 7 people to play at the same time. Coming Home will be available at the beginning of December for groups of 7 to 10 people. However, by mid-month we will be able to accommodate up to 20 people playing simultaneously.
Regarding the location, it will remain secret until you make your reservation. The only hint we can offer is that this experience will take place in downtown Madrid, close to our Santo Domingo venue.
