Our escape rooms are designed for 2–7 players.

For the best experience, we recommend:

2–5 players for standard rooms
Up to 7 players for larger groups

For larger groups, we also offer:

Coming Home (Hall Escape): 8–20 players

A minimum age of 10 years is recommended, although everyone is welcome to play.

Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by a guardian during the team's arrival and departure, although the guardian does not need to participate in the game. This is necessary so we can quickly contact a responsible adult in case of an emergency.

For children aged 12 or younger, we require that an adult remain inside the escape room during the game.

Some rooms are more suitable for younger players. If you have any questions, please contact us and we’ll be happy to advise you.

Children under 7 years old play for free — one free child per full-paying player.

Escape rooms are mainly mental challenges, although they may include some physical activity.

To make a booking, visit our homepage or click “Book Now.”

Select the scenario you would like to play to check availability. Individual rooms display weekly availability, so you can choose a specific date using the calendar.

Select the time you would like to book. If the time slot is available, you will be able to specify the number of players.

Continue by filling in your details and payment method to complete the booking.

If you would like to book more than one room, we recommend using the “Book Multiple Rooms” option. Select the date of your visit, choose the rooms you would like to book, and specify the number of players for each one.

After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the date and time of your game. If you do not receive this email, please contact us, as the booking may not have been completed successfully.

The booking is not guaranteed until you receive the confirmation email.

Prices depend on the number of players:

2 players: €90 total
3–6 players: the price per person varies depending on the group size
7 players: €195 total

The more players participate, the lower the price per person.

You can pay online, request an invoice, or use a voucher or gift card purchased from us.

Please note that we do not accept American Express for online payments.

Invoices are sent after the game and will reflect the actual number of participants, so there is no need to notify us if the number of players changes, unless the number of booked rooms changes.

All invoices include an administrative fee of 49 SEK. Invoices sent by post may incur additional charges.

To use a voucher as payment, enter the code in the “Discount Code” field and click “Check” to activate it.

Cancellations or changes made more than 48 hours before the start of the game are eligible for a full refund.

If the cancellation is requested between 48 and 24 hours before the start: you may reschedule the game or receive a voucher for the booking value.

If the cancellation is requested between 24 and 4 hours before the start: you may reschedule or receive a voucher, but 850 SEK per room will be forfeited or added to the invoice.

Regardless of group size, we do not offer refunds or vouchers for no-shows or for groups that cancel or reduce the number of players within 4 hours of the game start. Rescheduling within those 4 hours is considered a cancellation.

Groups may reduce the number of players up to 48 hours in advance and receive a refund for absent players. Within 48 hours, a voucher may be issued upon request.

To cancel or change a booking, or reduce the number of players, please contact us.

Please make sure to share our address correctly with your team. If you arrive late or go to the wrong location, the cancellation policy will still apply.

All games are available in both Spanish and English.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled booking time for the introduction.

Games start exactly at the scheduled time. If the group arrives late, the booking may be cancelled. If one or more players arrive late, the game will begin without them.

The experience lasts up to 60 minutes.
